On completion of AOA accredited fellowships, participants may be eligible to receive a 'Certificate of Completion'. These certificates are generated electronically and are emailed to the recipients.
The participant and chief supervising surgeon must submit detailed reports on the prescribed forms. These reports will then be forwarded to the Fellowships Committee for their consideration.
The generation of certificates is not an automatic process. Certificates will only be issued upon receipt of satisfactory reports and can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to be generated.
