Centre Alpin de la main et du membre supérieur (CAMSUP) Fellowship
The Centre Alpin de la main et du membre supérieur (Hand and Upper Limb Alpine Center – CAMSUP) is pleased to offer a six to twelve month fellowship for a graduated resident with a special interest in hand and upper limb surgery.
CAMSUP is comprised of six upper limb surgeons and five sports medicine doctors located in Chambery-Challes les eaux, France, in the heart of the Alps. The fellow will assist the senior surgeon in clinic and theatre at Médipôle de Savoie; a modern and private hospital with visibility across nearly all surgical specialties.
Elective surgeries currently conducted include all hand (trapezo metacarpal arthroplasties), wrist (partial or total arthroplasties), elbow and shoulder (rotator cuff reinsertion, latarjet procedures and total shoulder arthroplasties) operations.
Emergency surgeries include all upper limb trauma operations, which represent more than 50 per cent of the program in winter due to the location of the hospital at the confluence of the major ski valleys in France.
The salary is 1400€/month and includes a meal (lunch) from the best kitchens in the area. Accommodation is not included. Fellows will require a work visa and are not required to be fluent in French.

ABC Travelling Fellowship
University of Toronto Sports Medicine Fellowship
The University of Toronto Sports Medicine (UTOSM) group is pleased to offer a fully funded, 12-month fellowship in sports medicine to Australian and New Zealand graduates. The aim of this fellowship is to provide subspecialty training in the management of patients and athletes with soft tissue injuries of the shoulder, elbow, knee, hip, and foot and ankle, as well as the ability to perform advanced open and arthroscopic techniques.
Multiple subspecialties are covered in this fellowship, including shoulder arthroscopy, knee arthroscopy (primary and revision ACL), and hip arthroscopy. Fellows will also obtain exposure to patellofemoral joint surgery, ankle and elbow arthroscopy, cartilage restoration, meniscal transplant, multiple ligament knee reconstruction, as well as paediatric and adolescent sports medicine. Fellows will participate in three, four-month rotations, and fellows are given the opportunity to select rotations that tailor to their specific interest i.e. hip arthroscopy, knee dislocation etc.
Candidates must have successfully completed their specialist training in orthopaedic surgery. A stipend of $75,000 Canadian is provided. All Fellows must be approved by the University of Toronto and must qualify for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (go to

Complex Joint Reconstruction Center Fellowship Program
The
Hospital for Special Surgery in the United States offers fellowships at their Complex Joint Reconstruction Center, focused on management of patients undergoing complex primary joint replacement and revision surgery.
Each clinical fellow is expected to participate in approximately 250-300 primary and revision cases per year.
