Prior to commencing the application please ensure that you have:
- An abridged version of your CV no more than two to three pages long; please include any research you have published or presented within the last five years
- A timetable of the fellowship program
- A training program that outlines the aims and activities of the program
- Evidence that the primary institution supports the accreditation of the program
- A certificate of CPD compliance of the preceding year if you do not use AOA's CPD program
Applications can be saved at any stage during the process and will be stored for a maximum of three months at which point they will be deleted.
