| The annual election of vacant positions for RACS Councillors will take place early in 2012. There are three generally elected College Councillor positions to be filled. The College is at a crucial point in its history with the current reform process in its very early stages. The involvement of AOA Members on RACS Council would greatly assist the reform process and allow members to contribute at a historic and strategically relevant time in the College and specialties' history. AOA members are therefore encouraged to consider submitting a nomination. The AOA President has released a letter outlining the nomination process.
