Dear Colleague
Following the great success of our inaugural Tri-State ASM in balmy Darwin, we are delighted to announce that the WA ASM is back at much loved Bunker Bay! We are sure that the 2024 ASM will include the same high quality of papers and thought provoking presentations; while the ‘Great Debates’ will be back after their terrific debut last year. As always we promise stimulating discussion and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues. We are pleased to confirm that the abstract submission portal is now open. 
For the first time ever, AOA will have full and exclusive use of Bunker Bay Resort, allowing us to maximise numbers (as well as fun!), overcoming space and guest related challenges that have previously constrained us.
The booking process for accommodation is captured in the registration form and we have been able to source a very competitive rate from Bunker Bay; so please go ahead and register and book your accommodation by the 1 May 2024 for the meeting to avoid disappointment.
All social functions will be held on site at Bunker Bay. Childcare will be made available via the venue management in addition to a children’s program for 5-12 age groups. Please let us know via the registration form if you will utilise these services for planning purposes.
As we did last year, as part of our community engagement and social responsibility program, we are supporting St Pats Community Support Centre which provides support for people facing homelessness in south metropolitan Perth. We thank you in advance for your generosity and contribution to this worthy cause.
