AOA's organisational structure


Delegation and reporting

The AOA Board delegates to the CEO responsibilities for staffing and relationships with contractors and external parties, as well as oversight of risk, compliance, technology, legal, finances, communication, brand and reputation management.

The CEO in turn ensures that appropriate reporting lines are maintained throughout AOA’s structure, through managers, including those for divisions such as education and training, advocacy and governance, registry, and finance, and through direct oversight of contractors and external providers.
